You didn’t mention the roast level. An Indonesian coffee taken to French roast or beyond will exhibit the characteristics you mentioned. Any French roast for that matter. Pull a shot of it Matt? You are brave. Prepare for pain and suffering.
I am not sure exactly how far she took it I was going to check the beans but Chassy drank the rest of it. Maybe Lisa can weigh in on this…

Love the intro on the video, but totally disagree about the rating. I thought this was another allstar from Rocketfuel Coffee. That’s also one of the great things about coffee, everyone has their own opinion.
Thanks Mike! The acidity was just way to low to justify a good score on our rating scale. The coffee is definitely drinkable but for the price point it’s hard for me to justify purchasing it. Though as I mentioned in the video, Rocketfuel Coffee has some awesome offerings that I strongly recommend.

My candy bar of choice is actually NOT candy at all. I do love to eat dates and a nice date, like Bahri or Medjool, that has been frozen and slightly thawed is my favorite. Tastes like caramel only healthier
