I’d like to eventually be part of shop reviews, but right now I live in a tiny town with only one coffee shop!

QOTD: Unless you’re looking to do various shots/angles, I don’t see the need for a cameraman. Looks fine to me!

I appreciate your adding to the review that the coffee is roasted a little lighter. Lisa @Rocketfuel apparently likes the lighter roasts as everything I have gotten from her is a light roast coffee. The light roast can be quite enjoyable — bringing out the real complexities of the coffee’s flavor profile — but you are right, it is not for everyone.

Sounds tasty. Citrussy profile, low acidity…right up my alley!

    QotD: no cameraperson needed!

Just to expand my comment a bit (since I had to limit it to 140 characters on Twitter :-p): I don’t really consider myself a coffee connoisseur… I mostly just use it to survive taking care of (now 4-year old) twins :-p Right now I’m just drinking Wegmans brand coffee with lots of Splenda and Wegmans brand coffee creamer :-p

But, I do have to say that I’ve never been so entertained watching someone drink a cup of coffee! :-) And I do mean that as a compliment! :-p It was very fun to watch…
