Sumatra is among my favorites. I also like a dark roast, but looking at their home page it appears darker than I like it. I’d be curious how this compares to Starbucks Sumatra as they also roast fairly dark.
qotd? My favorite cartoon would have to be Johnny Quest, but I also enjoyed the Flintstones and the Jetsons.

It is so wonderful to see that Roasters are beginning to add roast dates to their bags. I don’t drink Sumatra very often but this does sound good. Maybe paired with red velvet cake.
qotd- My favorite cartoons were Bugs Bunny and Tom and Jerry.. tough call for just one or the other.

Great review, I love Sumatra coffee just asked my husband to pick me up some Sumatra Mandehling from a boutique roaster in NYC as they have a store near his office.
As for your question as a child I loved the Charlie Brown cartoon tv specials that were on around holiday times. I still love them. I have always had a rule about cartoons “people yes, animals no”

Superfriends! I don’t usually drink darker roasts, but I don’t mind an earthy coffee. It’s a pretty great value for what they have at Mad Bean though.

I watched that with my daughter the other night. She kept giggling every time the Coyote would get smashed or fall. Timeless cartoon.
