I can't decide if I like this whole idea or not, but it is pretty ingenious. I wonder if the caramel tastes weird or not.

I can't say that qualifies as latte art.  I will go for the free pour type myself.

Am with Dan on this – free pour is true latte art.

 

A neat machine/concept, though.  I saw another one awhile back that one filled with choc syrup or powders (cocoa, spent espresso grounds).  Worked quite well – the fine details and accuracy of letters and pictures were unreal.

This is caramel syrup art, not latte art. Latte art requires some degree of skill and ability as well as a great deal of practice.  "This is pushing the button on a printer art."
