Its very simple right now, but I like the taste when making coffee in a presso. It's a Bodum Presso.. Nothing fancy..  I have a perc too, but I recently discovered that the coffee was gooder in a presso than in a perc..

Awesome! The thing I love about the stainless steal ones is how long they keep the coffee hot and fresh tasting.

@Murderama, there is nothing like the traditional french press for simplicity and flavor. They are also one of the more reasonably priced methods of brewing coffee.  I hope you are able to get one soon.

Not looking to hijack this thread … but … Wink

Jason, do you leave your coffee in the press "after" you press it out?  Confused  I pour mine into a carafe to keep it warm so it does not continue to steep in the coffee at the base.  I too have a Starbuck's thermos press as well as a glass bodum.  I bought the steel thermos one because I kept breaking the glass beakers in the sink when cleaning them and got tired of replacing them, not inexpensive.

… hijack off.

Nice to meet you all.

Cheers, Guy
