What type of milk do you use when you are doing latte art? I only like the taste of whole milk in espresso drinks and was wondering if the different consistencies of whole, 2% and non-fat help in anyway when doing latte art?

hi..,

to make latte art, what type of milk should be in use. this is the most popular question. the process to make latte art is not easy, we need to practice.

anyway we should use Fresh milk, whole-fat quality makes a good latte art but  Low fat milk hinders with bubble formation. Prefer cool milk for use.
