Not everyone can have cow's milk in their espresso beverage. So I would like to see what everyone is using as an alternative.

I have experienced the dairy alternatives being temper-mental and would like to know: What do you use and what techniques do you use to steam it?

I'm not a lactose intolerant but my friend is. she says she uses evaporated milk. she doesn't steam it or anything. she just opens the can and pour as much as he wants on her cup of coffee. i don't know how it tastes like but she seems to really enjoy it.

I liked very much the taste of milk by itself, but when using it on

cereal or in coffee etc… I use 2% even though 1% is healthier.
