I have posted about this topic in the past in our coffee shop reviews and we have criteria for what I think makes a good coffee shop.

But what I really want to know is what makes a coffee shop awesome to you!

Things to consider:

Is it the people? the decor? the quality? and how much weight do you give to each factor? Do certain things mean more than others? Can you forgive back decor and seating if the coffee quality is amazing? What do you think?

Hello  Everybodies……………….

Many new coffee shop owners don't
understand the importance of good flow and design. This is a major cause
of coffee shop failure.
When it comes to design
people often go way over the top or they don’t recognize the importance
at all. Many new owners do not realize that ambiance and functionality
are the two most critical aspects of the design. When you create a
concept and the design does not achieve it, or create a design that
people cannot easily navigate through, it is a problem.

Most coffee shops have good coffee, though strangely I have encountered some bad brews. Its all about atmosphere and comfort for me. In a way I think that is what coffee shops are really selling, atmosphere. They are usually great places to go and study, or catch up on that latest book you bought.

I almost always prefer mom and pop shops over the major chains.

i think, every shop makes a good to fullfill the customers requirements. if you want to start a new coffee shop or make a good your old coffee shop, then you find the taste of your people. which coffee flavours are in demand you should try to available on your shop with a perfect cost value or less cost than your competitiors.
