No one knows a great coffee shop in Las Vegas? I am going to have to do some research on this. I tweeted and posted this and have had no responses… I hope we can find some awesome places for you! :)

I think I know why you are having trouble getting a good recomendation for coffee in Las Vegas. Vegas is not a 'third wave" type coffee city. I live fairly close to Las Vegas and am always surprised not to find great coffee here. The best coffee in the area, Mojo Underground in St. George, UT, is 112 miles away! I can't really explain why this is. It can't be the weather since Phoenix has outstanding coffee.
Anyway, I can still give you some decent recomendations:
Rejavanate, 3300 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121
and
Espresso Culture & Cuisine, 9555 S Eastern Ave Suite 125, Las Vegas,
NV 89123
Although these are third wave type coffee shops, they are probably the best of Vegas. I Hope someone opens a real quality coffee shop here eventually!
