I have also recently come across this such coffee and I am very impressed with its flavor and the results that it produces.  I cannot believe that it actually works and still not many people are familiar with it.  I am so excited to see where this coffee and company will be in the next few years.  I truly think it could change the face of coffee over the next decade and hopefully inspire new health foods as well.
