I'm not sure how many have had the privilage of trying @baristaonduty organic, pan roasted coffee. He roasts small amounts on the stove and works his magic.

This is one of my favorite roasters because of the complexity and smoothness of all his Ethiopian coffees. Try some of his coffee the first chance you get.

you can see from my post that this was a good coffee. I think I am going to add this tasting to one of my favorites just because it was such a great experience tasting outdoors on such a nice day.Cool
