QuoteI mentioned in the chat room on Wednesday that I enjoyed coffee in barbecue sauce. I have to give credit where credit is due so I am just going to link to the recipe that I used. This is a post by CoffeeHero and it includes a recipe for a coffee rub — using grounds — and a recipe for barbecue sauce — liquid (brewed) coffee. I've not tried the rub, but it sounds delicious. As for the sauce, how could barbecue be bad? and how could anything with coffee be bad?
I hope you each enjoy these, let me, and Coffee Hero know what you think.

Hi,
The idea for integrating coffee and barbecue came when I was slow
cooking some pork ribs one hot and humid summer day. I had been
drinking ice tea, but what I really wanted was coffee. So I started
to experiment with iced coffee.
