Ever wonder what life is like for a Barista? After working in various independant cafe's over the past seven years as a Barista (home Barista for now), being a part of the coffee industry has given me some great insight into the industry.

Well, it's nothing that would make the news or anything. One day I saw a couple regulars I had from the cafe I had worked at before, from 300+ miles away! They had come to visit some friends in town and happened to stop in my store.

That is awesome Jennifer.  It speaks well of you and your customer service that you remembered them.  There are not that many customer service positions like barista, barber, etc. where you forge personal relationships.

Thanks guys. That's the best part of the entire job, getting to know your customers to give them the best experience.
