I am not a coffee addict, or well, somewhat an addict since I need at least one cup in the morning to get me started.

I had been told by my doctor that I am a candidate for diabetic in 5 years time a year ago. I normally like to add a teaspoon of sugar in my coffee. With this turn of event, I had tried drinking black coffee but dislike the bitter taste. Then, I tried taking coffee with half and half, reduced milk, but this addition turned my coffee cold and I love having a hot cup of coffee. This makes drinking my coffee sucks.

Recently, I was introduced to Boresha BSkinny coffee by a co-worker. I like the fact that this coffee is caffeine-free. Though I don't need to burn too much fat, I however like the taste of this coffee as well.
