My favourite method of brewing coffee bounces back and forth between my coffee press and moka pot.  I love both.  I try just about every coffee I buy through them.  Which reminds me I have to give a couple of coffee's I have here a go through my moka pot yet.  I do have a Bellman, but I haven't quite mastered it and I have mixed feelings on how good the coffee is from it.  But I'll keep trying until I get to a point where it's a keeper or a toss.

Hello,

This is a method of brewing beer using malted grains instead of extract,
with an emphasis on getting it done inexpensively but without
sacrificing quality.

Thanks!

I like French press for coffee. Am trying an organic Mexican bean I picked up at Whole foods, coarsely ground.

I love my french press as well. Is the Mexican bean Allegro?
