I like mine light and sweet. But not too sweet. Some places, when you say lite and sweet, they add like 3 tsp of sugar. That is too sweet for me.

Interesting that you say that, I'm similar.

In a way I don't mind a darker/stronger coffee, with less sugar sometimes, but usually, I do go for the light/sweet option. I thought I was the only one, glad I'm not!

I like it fresh, strong, sweet with cream. The aroma is as important as the taste. If I am forced to settle for coffee from an unknown – will go for a double espresso as a fail safe. (With cream – it's a sin, I know.)

How do you take your black coffee? Do you add cream and sugar? Do you add anything else to it or do you take it black?

Quality coffee deserves to be appreciated for what it is, not for what cream or sugar add.  There are coffees that are so bad that they may actually beg for cream and sugar. I have never met a coffee I did not like, bugt there have been some I liked a whole lot less than others.

Hello,

I just use coffee and cream for this purpose.

And i enjoy with my coffee taste.

Black, all the time for me. Anything else ruins it for me! Cool
