  I love espresso for a million reasons, but one very practical reason I love espresso particularly after lunch is that, when I’m both full and tired, I usually don’t want to fill my belly with a 12 oz. cup of liquid, so a double shot of espresso wakes me up without filling me up. Great taste, less filling? Errr…. nvm.

  I’m convinced, too, that if ppl had someone pull a shot correctly from a quality Single Origin or Espresso Blend, there would be a greater demand for espresso shots, w/out all the stuff that covers up their natural goodness. Where I live (Lexington, KY), it is not easy to find a barista who can really pull a nice shot. Bummer…but I’m geting pretty good at it w/ my PID equipped Gaggia Classic

  I love espresso for the bold taste it presents in such a small package. It lends itself well to other additives such as the mochas that I love to inhale. It gives coffee drinks like those a much richer flavor than just Torani shots or other coffee-flavored syrup. Nothing compares to true espresso!
