It’s me again. I have yet to get a good cup of coffee from a French press. I do it the way I was told. Heat good water, and I’ve tried both boiling and 190 degree water, pour over grounds, wait 3 minutes and press. I also have waited before pouring and tasting. Always less that the more traditional methods. What am I doing wrong?
