My favorite 15 minutes is definitely with my coffee in the morning. It makes me go from zombie to productive human, so I have to give that moment credit. I can also vouch for the validity of organic coffee over regular in this capacity, as since I switched a couple of months back, I have felt better and been really able to ENJOY the coffee more than ever before..
