Wow… Jason…
You’ve succeeded in making a dark roast girl excited about trying a lighter roast coffee. I’ve not tasted it and have been disappointed in the Kona blends out there, but your tasting results have me interested.
Caffeine buzz aside (how cute is that?) … good job!
Can you add a scratch and sniff so we can smell it too?
I drank 100% Kona on the shores of Kona, Hawaii, many times and there is NOTHING like pure Kona. No, it was not through Starbucks but it doesn’t get any better than the pure stuff made by the locals in Kona, fresh off the press. Guess I’ll drink the famous Starbuck’s Kona in California until I get to Kona again
Jason I tried to buy Starbucks Kona and couldn’t find it. I love Kona coffee from Hawaii. I will be on the search for it.
Review some #kopi Luwak
Ooh a caramel-flavored coffee. Sounds like heaven.

I’m Not Much On Commercial Companies & Their Kona, Because Of Blends & Integrity. I Will Say A Client Gave Me A Bag From Gevalia, I Was Surprised At Its Flavor, If I’m Not Mistaken It Was 100% Kona, I Received Some Kona Last Week As A Gift From A Relative, Mulvadi 100% Kona ,I Will B Posting Notes After My B-Day Bash c|_| Happy Kona!
@Judy
Starbucks 100% Kona can only be found in a few stores. You can find it in Starbucks in Hawaii as well as in the original Starbucks location in Pike Place Market in Seattle. The other option is to find a Starbucks with a Clover. (The Clover is an amazingly cool piece of brewing equipment.) That limits you to only a few cities. The Clover is still mostly in three major cities: Boston, San Francisco & Seattle.
