Sounds like we need to drink more coffee during the rest of the day after breakfast. I of course am doing my part. In fact, I’m on my way upstairs to make a latte now. I assume a latte counts.

I know exactly how much I am drinking as I am tracking each cup / drink type using Daytum.
Very interesting figures when you look back and assess habits and drinks consumed.
