My favorite action figures were my He-Man figures. When I was really little seven or eight or so, I had a bunch of them! I loved Stinkor!

Is that coffee any good, really? LOL @ “this is gonna be really awesome & then… not”.
My fave action heroes were She-Ra & Wonder Woman. Gotta love cartoons. I also loved the movie Red Sonya.

Sadly, I don’t have a childhood superhero favorite, as I had no real childhood exposure to these action figures. Life however has been kind to me, as my patient husband has made it his mission (with the help of our Netflix membership) to fill me in on all the lost years of Saturday morning cartoons.
That said, my 30-something superhero favorite is the Baroness from G.I. Joe. I enjoy her so much so that I dressed as her this past Halloween. And yes, I have the photos to prove it!

Bummer on the disappointing coffee. I still have yet to try a K Cup coffee.

qotd? I was super into G.I. Joe action figures when I was a kid… I had so many of those things.

Jason, maybe you should just do the sniff and swirl without swallowing so you can have the good and not the bad. Then again, I don’t imagine that would work either. At least it had a good start, if not a lousy finish.

qotd? I am old enough that there were not a lot of action figures. G.I. Joe and the Johnny West action figures were about all there were. I did have a Johnny West and my brother a Chief Cherokee (so politically incorrect now), but what I usually did was buy a bag of army men, set them up in the basement, and shoot them with a BB gun.

  14. I love the sound fx and analogy. This is why I don’t get my hopes up when I try a new coffee.

You should try that coffee with cream and sugar. Personally I like my cake and coffee served apart. What is German Chocolate anyway? It’s not like a black forest cake, is it?

QOTD, poor poor child, had to win plastic army guys in playground battles. No action figures at all…
