Burgers & Coffee

Jason and Adam shared some burgers and coffee at Dean and Deluca in Overland Park Kansas. Jason’s favorite was the Loaded Burger pairing. We also had Adam’s favorite pairing, Tokyo Blend Coffee with a Tuna Burger.

Great new take on coffee, I’m hoping to see more about what goes well with certain coffees. Kinda like how Starbucks has those food pairings note.

It’s fairly similar to that yes.
We will be doing a bunch more pairing style tastings in the future. In the past we have done things like donuts, cereal, and cake.

Great episode. I am still not sure if you enjoy food or coffee more. I enjoy the pairing because I think it highlights the fact that coffee is something more than liquid caffeine you drink in the morning to get you going: it is a beverage that can, and should, be enjoyed in a variety of ways and in a variety of settings. Thanks for the post.
