Welcome to my favorite coffee. I love Sidamo. While I maintain a variety of green beans; Sidamo is my go to favorite.
qotd? Favorite local roaster would have to be Our Coffee Barn based in Spring Valley, WI. While it is not local here, it is local to my parents home and to the town where I grew up.

Longo’s: @ West of Bathurst & North of Rutherford, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada; has a fellow, originally from the Netherlands, who roasts small amounts, as you wait, @ a temperatures, depending on the way you make coffee (like Second Cup !, Tim Horton’s or Starbucks) of coffee My husband & I like: Jamaican Blue Mountain, Hawaiian Kona , Nicaragua.
