A Thank You – To All of You

First I just want to say how much I enjoy what I do. I obviously love coffee but the part of what I do that brings me so much joy is so much more than that. What makes this worth doing everyday are the connections made with the people that visit this site, @reply on twitter, comment on posts, the many emails, the encouraging words and so on. Without these connections with all of you on a daily basis this would just be information. All of that adds up to this – Thank You! You are the reason I do what I do. I am deeply touched that so many of you find value in the content we have here at #ccn and participate at such a high level. I wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the responses and interaction of the #ccn community over the past few months.

This is just a sampling of the Amazing connection I have had will all of you over these past few months. (There are so many that I am not listing here that have had just as much impact on me.) I am overwhelmed, overjoyed and humbled by the response and interaction I have with each on of you on a daily basis. Once again Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks for the shout out… ACov and I have definitely enjoyed our interactions with you and the CoffHeads!! We miss those daily Ustreams, but are thankful for all the different ways we are able to interact with other coffee lovers b/c of you.

Jason,
I am relatively new to coffee even though I am 25 years old. When I was in high school my dad always drank Folgers coffee that tasted horrible. I never understood how ‘grown ups’ drank that stuff. I shrugged it off until summer of 2008 when college got the best of me. I was looking for something to give me that edge when studying and getting projects done. I started out with various blends from different regions around the world in the Starbucks and Sam’s Choice brand of coffee. Until I came across you on twitter I always added sugar and creamer to my coffee diluting it to the point where all of the subtleties were gone. After watching one video of you doing a proper coffee tasting I knew what needed to change. I followed your advice and instantly noticed all the flavor that I was missing out on before. I tell my friends and family members that enjoy the experience and flavor of coffee that they owe it to themselves to spend some time reading and learning from your website. Thank you for showing me on what I have been missing out on for over a year.
