QOTD: PANAMA ESMERALDA. It was like fruit punch in coffee form.
QOTD – Would have to be the coffees I’ve had from Paradise Roaster – Columbia Guiterrez, Romance and Yemen Ameera. They were full of flavor and really unlike anything else that I’ve ever tried.
Hello, Jason, how nice to meet you! Since you signed on to follow me and/or my blogs JSW and SlingWords.blogspot.com, I thought I’d visit you after clicking to follow you. I’ll be posting a review within minutes on Blogged.
Love the blog! Well organized, articulate, and devoted to one of my favorite subjects: coffee.
Personal coffee of choice is Dunkin’ Donuts Original Blend. I even save the bag once I empty it into my vacuum seal container just to sniff the scent of the beans occasionally throughout the day. Now, that’s aromatherapy!
Here’s my answer to the question of the day whether you meant FUNNEST or FUNNIEST cup ever:
“Due cappucini,” the old man in the corner cafe in Assisi corrected my Italian as I ordered our second cappuccino of the morning.
My husband and I smiled and repeated after him even as he tsk tsked, probably about gluttonous Americans drinking 2 cups back to back.
The problem with Italian cafe and cappuccino is that they are a fraction of the size to which we have grown accustomed. Still, it tasted fabulous. We sat outside and looked across the street at one of the many magnificent cathedrals that dot the landscape of Italy and sipped the delicious brew. Completely delicioso – just like your blog!
Best wishes,
Joan Reeves
qotd? It would have to be the espresso blend I used to get from Domenic at SRE Corporation (Specialty Restaurant Equipment). The first espresso machine I ever bought was from Domenic and he imports a Northern Italian roasted blend espresso that is very sweet and very smooth. It is probably the most enjoyable shot of espresso I have ever had, a genuine pleasure to drink.
Your reaction definitely looked like love! This coffee sounds delicious.
QOTD: I had a delicious Mexican Chocolate coffee not too long ago–yum!
