Great episode Jason. I love it when you get excited about a coffee. I also enjoy it when I hear of unique flavors in a coffee. I have not seen a coffee tasting that I can recall where the taster found marshmallow in the flavor profile. This may be enough to convince me to buy some pre-roasted beans.
qotd? Anything coffee related. Ideas: The styrofoam-look ceramic cups, grinders, French press, electric kettles to heat water, frothing pitchers, thermometers, air tight coffee canisters, coffee, a coffee roaster, the “French Kiss” coffee grounds collector by Tambaroo, coffee artwork (like that behind you in the videos), espresso tampers, descaler, water purifiers, . . . well, you get the idea.

I want to be able to pick the coffee brand- that would be amazing for a one year supply of coffee! What if you don’t like a certain brand? This could solve it! It could be given like a coffee gift card and you name your place. I know several coffee drinkers, who all seem to like their own preference in brand coffee.
I personally would rather have a commercial espresso machine- especially when people can’t always go out and get an espresso.

I’m keen for a bit of the new ‘Nautilus’ action from Gaggia… Such a cool looking machine! Trying to get my hands on one, but don’t think they’ve approved by UL in the States yet… If you can get me one of those, I’ll write you a post a day for a year!!!
Hahaha… Failing that, I’m with Claudia – 100% Kona!

hey jason loved the episode!
qotd — for smaller prizes, a fresh pound of coffee is cool, especially maybe one that you recently reviewed and got a good rating. It’s always fun to taste and compare to others. For slightly bigger prizes reusable stuff is awesome (like neil said): french presses, aero press, coffee containers, pour over apparatus, measuring scales, etc… All in all though a giveaway is something that is free and free is a very good thing.

Sounds like a Kona I have to try. I just tried their Jamaican Blue Mountain and I was a huge fan. If the Kona is anywhere near as good, I’d have a very happy tongue.

I’m not usually a fan of Kona but the marshmallow sounds worth a try.
qotd- I like the reusable item idea. How about coffee with a pairing?
